Quick to absorb, but slightly greasy

I am writing this as a person that hates the feeling of lotion with normal/oily skin. The texture of this moisturizer reminds me of moisturizers with dimethicone, however, it doesn't pill. I appreciate that this product is truly fragrance free. It glides on smoothly, although I have had trouble g...

Thick does not absorb

I received this product in exchange for my review. I wanted to like this but it didn't work for my skin. The moisturizer is very thick and heavy. It sits on top of the skin and doesn't absorb well. I used it in a hot, dry climate during the summer. My face would sweat almost immediately as the moist...

After two weeks of testing this moisturizer, twice a day I can say I liked it but it is not my favorite. The first couple of times I used it the smell was strange and the texture was different, both things I got used to. I did not notice any major differences but it does work nicely as an everyday moisturizer. Overall, I like the product but prefer other brands as my go to daily moisturizer.

My skin has been glowing since I started using this moisturizer, I have a hard time finding a good moisturizer that works well for my combination skin, that is also sensitive. I know that I can always count on Neutrogena to create amazing products that are effective, and won't irritate my skin. My skin feels so soft, comfortable, and moisturized thanks to this product. I'm really glad that I got to try a sample from Home tester club, I love how smooth and refreshed my skin looks.

I received the Neutrogena Collagen Bank Moisturizer to try. Upon scanning the box and bottle, I noticed there was nothing stating if this was a "plant based collagen" moisturizer, or sourced from animals. I scanned the product web page and nothing indicated the source of collagen. The next attempt was the consumer hotline, where the agent wasn't able to confirm or deny if the product was plant based, or animal sourced. She eventually stated that the collagen was probably sourced from animals animal, but nothing gave her a solid answer on her end. In 2026, it's reasonable to expect companies to make this information accessible.
