I got this lipstick in the shade "Rise Up" which is a very pretty cool toned pink. For a matte lipstick, this one isn't drying at all, which is a big plus. Applicator breaks
Love this gloss but the last 2 I have purchased, the applicator has broken. Ulta would not replace it.
I'm so mad
The color is perfect. The matte is just right, not too dry. But I have NEVER had the appliator tip just break off and disappear into the tube on me like this. Nearest Ulta to me is like 30 minutes each way to return this trash. I'm so mad
yep, my doe foot broke too :|
was using it gently and it popped right off, its like it wasn't ever connected at all in the first place, that's beyond lazy and careless. this should be embarrassing to you, this is not a good look on the company as a whole if the house brand is this poorly made. it's a shame too as I actually liked the lipstick itself :/
Love the gloss, hate the applicators
I've had three tubes where the applicator broke after a couple uses. Why can't they fix this issue??? It's obviously a major problem after looking at the comments. I used an empty applicator tube to use up the gloss.
