This is my new facial cleaning routine now. Really amazed to see the effect each time I use it. It cleans and brightens my skin. It does require extensive rinsing before you open your eyes so that it does not get into your eyes. But totally worth the effort .

I love this product! It really solves my combination (mostly on the dry side) skin issues. Using this right out of the shower is ideal. My T-zone gets cleansed, the dead, drier skin is exfoliated away, and my face feels so renewed. Even though a little goes a long way, like most Kiehl's products, I make sure i have plenty of this in my travel bag. At the time of this review, they are currently out of stock. I am hoping this does make a return soon! Also, yes the the cap is really hard to open. And if there is some of the product dried under the cap, it can be even harder. I will use exfoliating glove for extra grip and make sure the area under the cap is clean after each (ok, most) uses. It's the only downside, but it doesn't take a star away in my opinion. The product inside is what I care about!

I Love the product but I'm really aggravated too about the top cap snapping off completely, it's all gummy and it's all messed up. Obviously I can't use it for travel. Please do better with dispensing this daily cleanser scrub!!!!!' IT DESERVES BETTER
