Did Origins change the formula? 30+ year user. Bought the large size at local Ulta, shocked that it was a clear goo, not the charcoal clay mask its always been. Washed off immediately & rinse water was sudsy. I don't want to exchange it if this is a new formula, I will just return the product. So sad.

For those experiencing current breakouts in addition to blackheads, we recommend Origins Out of Trouble 10 Minute Mask to Rescue Problem Skin. It's specifically formulated for acne & oil control. Does this product expire after opening? I read that activated charcoal as an ingredient can last a very long time. I bought mine back in march 2022. The product seems the exact same as when opened. I just didnt want to use it if it's recommended not to be used after a certain period of time after opening.

Some products include a Period After Opening (PAO) number (which shows a number followed by “M”) that indicates the number of months within which an opened product should be used or replaced. Once a product is opened and used, its integrity can be affected by such things as exposure to environmental conditions or from contact with the user’s skin. If a product is not fully used following that time frame, we suggest replacing it in order to assure product integrity. Origins Clear Improvement Charcoal Mask. This Charcoal mask really helps detox your pores. I love Origins ingredients, they're cruelty free and vegan. This mask has really helped the texture of my combination skin. Would recommend!
Specific Use: Enlarged Pores(??)
I feel the negative reviews may be because people see any type of facial mask and assume a particular result automatically (this is what its for, what's expected)…whatever it is. I'm not sure. I believe this particular mask could be used to improve acne/ clean skin. I read the treatment is: Reduces Large Pores.🤷🏼♀️ANY-way.🤦🏼♀️ That's exactly what this mask did for me. I'am happy w: the product. My pores were reduced &&are disappearing I've used twice so far and seems fair to mention it is making a pretty noticeable difference. I do believe there's a possibility this product is NOT for all skin types. I have medium skin tone, I'm not prone to reactions and/ or sensitivity. I did notice in certain areas the product caused a burning sensation. I just assumed it was doing its thing; the burning subsided within minutes; and, did not leave an appearance of irritation or a burn behind. I did only apply a small amount to test my first time followed by only applying the product in areas my pores were enlarged (mainly on my cheeks, on my face.)

I love this mouse it works really good. I normally use twice a week and put it on my face for about 10 minutes. Rinse off my face is super fresh, my blackheads, including and also it works pretty good with my acne face. I'll definitely buy them again.
