I've always struggled with constantly having two or three blemishes, even in my 30s, which I think is due to my pores too easily sucking in germs and dirt than anything else (yeah, gross). I had a very sore pimple on my shoulder so I used one of these and noticed it went down the next morning.. BUT the pimple felt harder and more ...

I cannot day enough good things about these patches! They are definitely a spot treatment and helped me get rid of some acne spots before they turned into nightmare blemishes. One of mine was pretty bad and it took two days of wearing the patches; after the first day I was able to squeeze some of it out without damaging my skin and then put on a new patch. After that I was right as rain. No nasty zit and no damaged skin! It took a bit of patience but was well worth the effort!

I tried on some smaller pimples and you can see where something comes out, it helps if the pimple has a head, as others have stated.

These were okay. I could tell they pulled some stuff out but they didn't work very well for me. Maybe it's too far under the skin, I'm not sure!
Great for white head pimples
These work if the pimple has a head OR in my experience when you pop a pimple it drains it out very well so you don't squeeze and damage your skin more. Adheres well and does pull out junk from the pimple but not if they are deep down under the skin. I will continue to use it and they are a good price
