Step 1: Rinse and Apply Cleanser: Rinse face with warm water and gently rub in cleanser.
Step 2: Wet and Power on Device: Rinse clean under water and power on device. We recommend modes 1 and 2 for optimum cleansing results.
Step 3: Smart Cleansing: Move brush head in circular motions, cleansing entire face. It is safe to spend more time in areas that may be of a personal concern.
Step 4: Rinse and Pat Dry: Rinse face and clean of any excess cleanser then pat dry.

How do I clean the brush? How often should I do it?

- Official Answer By PMD - Brand EngageThe silicone on the PMD Clean device is naturally anti-bacterial. That doesn't mean that it can be left to rot....It should be rinsed off and dried off after every use--especially if you live in a humid climate. You can also use an anti-bacterial wipe, soap and water, spray it with alcohol or vinegar and then wipe it down and dry it off. If you see stains developing or a buildup of products on the silicone, you can try soaking the head (bristle pad) and neck in a mixture of vinegar and baking soda for an hour or two and then rinse it off.Was this answer helpful to you

i was wondering if the two attachments that are sold avaliable here through ulta, are in fact compatible with this specific PMD face silicone brush? meaning like, the single aluminium attachment type attachment thats sold seperately, (the one for rough skin and calloused skin to help smooth out your face) and then the separately single sold body attachment (body loofah) I believe is what it is ...are they compatible and are able to be used with this specific PMD silicone Brush!! thanks in advance! It comes with 4 vibration modes, two for cleansing and two of massaging serums, oils and moisturzers into the skin. All of the Clean Pros are covered in silicone, are self standing, have a rechargeable battery, and use our ActiveWarmth Technology--meaning that they heat up. They come with 4 different vibration modes. They differ by what is on the back of the Clean Pro. Our least expensive Clean Pros come with a metal plate that is either gold or silver plated in color. We also have Clean Pros that come with a natural stone, either a rose quartz stone, or an obsidian stone. Many people feel that natural stones have positive benefits. The PMD Clean Pro RQ - rose quartz stone may help reduce tension and inflammation. Rose Quartz is also a naturally cool stone and can also be used at room temperature or chilled to de-puff. The PMD Clean Pro OB - the obsidian stone may help to known to eliminate toxins, puffiness, and improve skin elasticity. It is important to note that obsidian will not get as warm as the rose quartz stone. The PMD Clean Pro Jade - the jade stone can be calming and balacing on the skin. - Official Answer By PMD - Brand EngageIt sounds like because your pores are getting much cleaner, you need to add hydration. The device cleans the skin but doesn't dry it out. You may not have needed moisturizer before, because the oils were still deep within your pores. Now that the oils are removed, you may need a more intense moisturizer.Was this answer helpful to you

It states this product (PMD clean) is made of silicone. Is there anything else added to make it antibacterial, etc.? I wanted to see if they "chemically treated" the silicone or did anything to it.

I've done some research . A lot of articles say you should remove your make up before using this . Your instructions do not suggest that . Is removing the make up first something you might recommend ? & if so is it still safe to use twice daily ?

We do suggest removing makeup prior to cleansing, or using a cleanser that is made for makeup removal. Never using my hands or a washcloth again!!!
This brush is truly amazing, my skin has never felt so soft and been so deep cleaned and clear! Any other brush I've ever had my whole life is not even worth comparing. This is truly an elite product! As a single mom, I don't have extra money like this to spend often but this was a must and so worth it! Couldn't be happier!
Worth the Money!
I've been wanting this for quite awhile and snagged it when it was 50% off. I love using it to both deep cleanse my face and apply serums. I'm 54 with combination skin, and this tool is very gentle and effective. Since using it every day for a month, I can tell a difference. My skin looks "polished" and the pinkish-red undertones I had are less noticable. Not a magic wand, but the results are worth the price. Also, I like how I feel pampered when I use it!

I'll say it again, I dont earn a commission for reviewing this product or any other product. Just a normal woman trying to improve my skin. I had received this device in a subscription box & I threw it in a drawer for the last 2 years & I'm mad that I didn't start using it sooner!! I came across this cleaning out my makeup drawers & put it in the shower to use. At first, I was eh, then after a few days I saw a difference in my skin. I have oily skin (t-zone), psoriasis patches on my forehead & a few stubborn milia spots. I had been using Kate Somerville Sulfur Wash Cleanser by hand until I found my PMD. With just my hands, I saw little results, but after using my PMD & the cleanser for a few days, the milia is almost gone!! I follow my routine up with Olehenriksen Dewtopia Acid line. I switch it up every so often with Goldfaden M.D. Essence Line. I also use Murad's Retinol nightly mask on occasion. I've seen clearer skin- less sunspots & less discoloration & improved texture. I never thought this device would actually make a difference, but it has exceeded my expectations! I'm not easily impressed with using devices that say they'll give you the moon & stars or perfect skin. But OMG, I definitely recommend this product!! Oh...there's 2 different sides you can use, one is the silicone bristles (which i use this side the most) or the smoother side with a wave like pattern. It also has 3 or 4 settings, I use #2 setting. I feel it's the most powerful setting, but it's gentle, but a constant "buzz" on your face, which I like. I use it for about 5 minutes in the shower, rinse my face & I may do another gentle cleanser with the PMD. It's also easy to use when you're not using it in the shower, I feel it's less messy. AMAZING PRODUCT, highly recommend!!
