I have only had this a few months, it will not heat up any more.

Super disappointed because I would have given this product 5 stars, but this hir straightener stopped working after 6 months. I had my chi straightener for over 5 years and it still works. Will not purchase this brand again.

This is probably the best straight iron I have ever used. I didn't want to spend a small fortune on a straightening iron so I chose this brand. I have to say I've been very happy with the results. It straightens my hair with one pass. I don't have to keep going over and over my hair. I really love this product.

The straightener is great, but out of nowhere the spring broke. It only lasted 4 months.
