Not the same color I knew
Although I do like this product for it being long lasting, and having a faux mirror on the cap, this isn't the same color that I used to get. The name is the same, Broadest Berry, but it's more of an orangey red, than one with more burgundy tones.
great color and formula
I like that this is more forgiving to blindly apply than lipstick, but gives decent color. I get dry often so I keep it in my purse as an on the go thing
Not a lot of color payoff and doesn't last
I usually love Clinique products but this one fell flat for me. The color is nice and it's an easy pencil to have in a makeup bag but I don't find that the color stays very well and it's not pigmented enough to show up, at least on me (I'm very fair). On the plus side this is very hydrating and I enjoy it as sort of a lip moisturizer type product.
This is a beautiful, feels great on, and lasts.
I bought this blindly but I usually love Clinique. This feels great on and lasts like a stain. I highly recommend.
Smooth
The first time I tried this lip balm, I hated it. It felt very smooth on my lips, but there was hardly any color on my lips. As I continued to use it, I was able to see more color. I gave it four start because I was expecting to see the darker hue, as pictured. However, actual colors shown on lips is a lot lighter. I would still purchase this product again. It goes on smooth and gives lips a subtle hint of color
