Bad flat iron
I bought this flat iron thinking the price would justify the quality. I was wrong. It's not worth it at all. Their customer serve is extremely poor too.
Extremely effective!
One of the best I've had! Love it! It leaves my hair soft & very straight. It doesn't feel like it's damaging my hair. I really do recommend this product & brand! It's worth what you pay! One final comment, it takes me less time to style my hair……..
Fried my hair
I bought this because I thought it would be great to have a flat iron that would work to curl my hair too. The first time I used it to straighten my hair, it did "catch" at times. I was surprised because I have a Babyliss and that has never happened. The second time I used it to curl my hair. It was pulling on my hair and by the 4th curl it was REALLY HOT! I then noticed a small clump of hair on the end of the iron. When I used brushed through the curls, I lost a lot of hair. There is no way it was only 365 degrees. I have used my Babyliss at a higher temp when I straightened my hair it never had an issue. It fried my hair and I got 2 inches cut off because of this iron. I reached out to GHD they basically said to return the iron and didn't seem concerned at all. I will never buy another GHD tool!

It's way better than all the older generations of Ghd flat irons. I didn't think it would be that much better because Ghd is already as good as it gets. This goes through hair a lot easier and smoother without snagging. It makes my hair perfectly straight and looks amazing throughout the day and the next few days. Way better results than my other Ghd. It's a lot faster doing my hair now too which I love. I have no problems with it overheating and shutting off. It's perfection. If you've never had a Ghd flat iron then you're missing out because it'll turn you into a customer for life. No other brand gets your hair looking better and not just that but doesn't destroy it either. Your hair will look good until the next time you wash it.
