The Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Blurring Bronzer in medium toffee color is a gorgeous powder base chocolate scented bronzer the bronzer last all day I use it on my face, neck and shoulders . It's easy to press on and to build up for the dramatic look you're looking for . I love the scent and how well the formula works with my oily skin tone. Highly recommend.
