This really has a cooling, menthol feeling. On my first use, I got it a little too close to my eyes. It's like chewing 5 gum for your eyes! maybe Im not supposed to put it on my eyelids? but it is an eyebalm so I should be able to. regardless, it burns my eyelids, feels ok under my eyes. i dont recofnize any difference in puffy or bags or anything. its entirely possible this product is not for "mature" skin, and thats fine, just wish I'...

so bad do not buy this
this product has a cooling almost on the brink of burning sensation which i thought would go away after using it for a while. the more i used it i started to notice my under eyes were drying up and there were dry patches under my eyes. not good
Love applying this
I, personally, enjoy applying this balm under my eyes but don't believe it is making a significant difference in the appearance. I leave it in the fridge so it's nice and cold when I apply it. It feels nice and chill. I don't think I'll buy it again, but I'm definitely using up the one I have.
Not really worth it
It definitely cools your under eyes and I've personally had no irritation but I'm not super sensitive under my eyes. However, the smell is pretty gross. Not really worth the money

I will buy again
This really helped reduce my puffy eyes. I mostly use underneath but a few dabs on my lid. I keep it in the refrigerator and the cool temperature feels so good. It seems a lot of people felt burning, but I haven't felt that at all. For the price, a+!
