Swish the brush around the outer shade and tap off the excess.
Run the brush flat, up the cheek bone starting from the apple of the cheek to structure the look of the face.
Pop the shade by taking the pointy end of the brush, dipping it in the center color, and tapping off the excess.
Apply to the apples of your cheeks to make them pop and glow, then blend together.

Charlotte Tilbury's Cheek to Chic blush in the shade Pillow Talk has very nice packaging in its oval shaped compact. It's very creative to have the highlighter in the middle and the blush itself outside of it but when I went to apply I did as instructed and the color itself came across a golden peach color. I know that it's meant to be a pink nude color but the very opposite was applied to my cheeks. I may have done it wrong or used the wrong brush. For years when I first started wearing makeup, I used Lancôme blush for years so this was the first blush that I purchased that wasn't Lancôme. I eventually gave it to my sister to use since she has CT's Pillow Talk Eyeshadow Palette. I knew that the reviews weren't good but I bought it anyway so that I could least have the pillow talk blush even I couldn't have the actual lipstick because it's matte and I have dry lips.
when are they going to correct the breaking?
This is a beautiful blush but every single one cracks and destroys the product. Will they ever get the memo and fix this?
Poor quality
The product so easily breaks apart. I have had Chanel powder products survive overseas flights in my checked luggage but this product broken into tiny piece while in my purse.

Love this blush so much! Although, much like everyone else, the packaging is ridiculous! I've NEVER had a single one of these blush compacts last for more than a week or two! The mirror shatters ridiculously easy, and the blush breaks into a powder! Great blush, but too expensive to keep buying again and again. CT HAS to know her customers feel this way about the horrible packaging. Guess the company can sell sooooo many more by keeping the product as is. Jusy wish she cared more about her customers.

The blush and color is beautiful, but as others say, this product breaks in the pan - I've bought it over and over for the color but this is just dumb. I wouldn't buy a cheap product that constantly breaks much less one that costs what this does. Next.
