The formula is very pretty but is super thick and sticky in my opinion. The problem is the packaging. It leaks everywhere! The tube like explodes. This is very often too, it has happened more times than I can count. I also do not like how it has not taste or smell.

This is one of the BEST softening, glossy, hydrating, smoothing, and lip blurring balms I have ever tried! Its not too thick or goopy, it is the perfect consistency and as someone with very eczema prone skin, (and lips), this product has never made my lips itchy or irritated with harsh chemicals or fragrances! I have just repurchased the shade be powerful and oh how I have missed it! 5 stars!!
