I deal with hormonal acne (thanks PCOS), dry skin from eczema, and super reactive skin from allergies. Ive struggled for years to find what I can do for my skin throughout the day to soothe it without further irritating my skin the calming magnesium mist is what I was missing! Ive been using it daily for months and have never been able to make it through allergy season without major skin issues but this time Im almost through allergy season and havent had a major reaction once!
