    Love this Lip Oil!

I've been on a lip oil kick lately as my lips have gotten irritated by lipsticks and balms and such over the years. Was skeptical of this but LOVE the Poundcake Cake Theory Lip Equalizing Oil in both Melted Butter and Browning. Melted Butter evens out my lip tone to a lovely springy natural pinky sh...

    I wanted to love this...

This review is for the Browning shade. The bottle leaks, it is so messy after you have it for a minute. I literally have it on my desk standing straight up, still leaking. This looks amazing in the bottle but WHERE IS THE PIGMENT!

The formula is still amazing like the other shades, long lasting, not-sticky and just the right amount of pink. Perfect in time for Spring and Summer!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

No Color Theory But Max Hydration

I wanted to try the Melted Butter because of its "color theory" capabilities- I am fair skinned with naturally bright reddish lips, and I was hoping the color equalizing would neutralize them into more of a natural pink color. Unfortunately I noticed no change in my lip color after application (hence 4 stars). HOWEVER, this is the MOST hydrating and nourishing lip gloss/oil I've ever tried. On top of that, it's not sticky at all. Feels very comfortable and can easily be applied without a mirror when I need a quick touch up at work. I would recommend and will likely buy again for its moisturizing properties- but wouldn't recommend if you are choosing just for the "color neutralizing" aspect.

My lips feel so soft and hydrated. They look so much better. You dont need a lot and it last for several hours. This is the best gloss I've purchased.

    Saved my lips!

THE absolute best and only product that helps my lips when they get truly chapped. At times, my lips get can so bad that are burning, cracking, and just hurt. THIS is the ONLY thing that 100% helps with this issue. Product lays comfortably on lips and does not add irritation. I will forever purchase this!
