Is this applied before of after lotion/body butter? I've always heard oil after the lotions but reading the reviews, it seems many apply the body oil first and then lotion and the instructions to don't say. And have you seen it tighten legs and bum bum or mainly for drainage of the belly when massaged?

I bought this in hopes it would help with my dry skin. My skin stays dry, especially in the winter. I use it all over my body and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY. My skin feels smoother and it is not itchy and flaky like it was before. I put it on after my shower in the morning and sometimes again at night before going to bed. It doesn't leave me feeling sticky or oily afterwards I will be using this year-round.
