- Scrub in circular motion onto lips for at least 15 seconds (not more than 30 seconds).
- Rinse with warm water.

There is no burning or anything crazy. I don't really wear lipstick but maybe special occasions however, I do use tinted chapstick. This product works so well and the packaging is very convenient too. You can see it dissolving the dead skin and it clumps up so you can easily rinse it off. My lips always look brighter and feel softer every time i use it. I highly recommend it!

After using this product a few times, I am not sure it does much for my lips. I can't tell if it's the product exfoliating or the textured applicator taking the lead. Either way, lips feel smooth for a little bit but don't feel as good after as other lip exfoliators I've used. The packaging and applicator of the product is nice though. I like the opening/locking aspect and of course the applicator itself so you don't have to use your finger. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

This is the first lip exfoliating product I've used that isn't a scrub. Make sure you follow the instructions, you're supposed to keep this on for a very short period of time and you need to wipe it off. The tingle is noticeable but not painful. This is an interesting and pretty effective lip exfoliator.

I really liked the slip scrub, and it works like you would expect it to. I will say that it is effective and does exfoliate your lips. However it can be a little drying and I like to finish off by using some lip balm after rinsing my lips. Also I thought that the effects would last longer but you have to use it every few days if you want the smooth look to last. Overall a good product but not something that I will have to permanently add to my skincare routine.

I was very excited to try out this sample of Stila Buff and Blur Lip Enzyme Exfoliator. I suffer with chapped lips during the winter so receiving this was right on time. The smell isn't great but isn't unpleasant. It's easy to apply and does as advertised. My lips felt soft afterwards but each time I use it, I experience dryness again the very next day. I'll keep using it, but I wouldn't purchase it at this time since effects are short term.
