Start by outlining the under arch of the brow, moving toward the tail end, then blend using the spoolie. Outline the upper arch and blend using the spoolie. To add detail and dimension, add hairlike strokes to the front of the brow. With the tip of the pencil, lightly sketch in the same direction as hair's natural growth. Use this technique on sparse areas throughout the brow and blend using the spoolie for a natural finish. Remember that all ABH products are highly pigmented, so little pressure is required when applying.

I see you answered one question about size as: "has 0.085/0.003oz product - the net weight can be found on the pencil, also on the product box" Saying it is 0.085 oz or .003 oz? 0.085/0.003 oz is not helpful. Do you have 2 different sizes, and if so, which is this? You also answered that the size is on the packaging and on the the pencil. That does not help because you have no pictures to indicate the size. Also, this is a question about 'product details', not 'how to use'. Your user interface wouldn't allow a question about product details.

Potential to be great product but cheap material
The pencil and spool work well when they stay intact. I've had to request a replacement Brow Whiz twice in three months because the plastic is so flimsy that the ends of pencil and spool fall loose. Honestly started using more makeup late in life. Used a few brow pencils before finding this one and I'm so happy with it! Very precise, great color tone match.
Used to be amazing
I've used Brow Wiz for years (probably decades) and I've always loved it! It's been my go-to. But the last 3 have had the same issue: the brush end breaks off almost immediately. The first time, I thought maybe I was too rough. The second time, I figured it was a fluke. But now, after the third time, it's clearly a quality issue with the packaging. I hope the issue is addressed - until then, I need to find an alternative.
