Is this similar to the Orly Ridge Filler? My nails seem stronger when I use your ridge filler, but I no longer can find it.

- Official Answer By OrlyRidge Filler and Bonder are both basecoats. Unfortunately Ridge Filler has been discontinued and is no longer available. Bonder is one of our most popular products. Best Basecoat I've Ever Used
I came across Orly's Bonder when I wanted an alternative to gel manicures at the salon. I had gotten 4 gel manicures over a couple of months and my nails were in terrible shape as a result. Meh.
My nail color doesn't last any longer with this stuff than with a cheaper basecoat. In fact, once it starts chipping, it actually peels off.

This is it!
I love to do my nails. I play with gel, powders, nail polish strips, and nail polish. That said, I've also used different brands of base and top coats. This base coat has so far performed the best. I can already see the difference in the way the nail polish looks after day1 of application. It's smoother, glossier, and I hadn't added a top coat. I wanted to see what would happen over night. I plan to add the ORLY Glosser top coat to see how much shine I get. It claims to keep a polished, chip free nail for 2 weeks. So far, I can see this mani will last longer than 3-5 days before chipping. I work with kiddos so my hands are constantly washed being covered in paint, glue, dirt, etc. lol. This is going to be a Christmas gift for all my nail polish loving friends.🎄

I've been using this product for years after seeing it at a nail salon. More recently I saw a blogger use it in layers in between the color polish. I polished my nails 5 days ago and there's not a chip in sight. I'm hoping to get 8-10 days!
Long lasting
I use this under my color street nail strips and it helps them last even longer ! I also do my own pedicures and my toe nail polish will last weeks without chipping.
