PREP:
File and shape nails to desired length and shape using the Mini Crystal File. Next, clean and prime nails thoroughly.
TREAT:
Apply one coat of HYDRATE. Begin at the cuticle, stroking toward the end of the nail, encasing the free-edge.
LACQUER -- or -- LEAVE AS IS: Apply two coats of your favorite nail color, or leave as is for a natural glossy finish.
CONTINUE CARE:
Protect with two coats of STRENGTHEN. Reseal and protect the nails by reapplying daily for optimal results. After one week of consistent use, remove all polish and treatment layers using a non-acetone remover and begin the steps again.

Cute kit
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love the nail file that came in the kit. Both polishes helped my nails stay hydrated and hard at the same time. They grew a little from not breaking fast. I would recommend this product and will buy in the future

NailTek nail nutrition system works great to help me maintain my natural nails. These products help to hydrate and strengthen my natural nails for overall healthier, stronger, more beautiful looking nails that I can achieve right in the comfort of my own home. A subtle, healthy shine that makes them look well cared-for even when I skip polish. I also love how easy it is to incorporate into my routine — just a couple of quick coats and you're good to go. The mini crystal file included is a thoughtful touch and works really well for smoothing edges without causing micro-tears. 🚩 One thing to note: the Strengthen formula contains formaldehyde. It didn't irritate me personally, but it's something I think should be more clearly communicated — especially for anyone with sensitivities or who prefers cleaner formulas. Overall, I recommend it if your nails need a serious reset — just be sure to patch test and double-check the ingredients if you're ingredient-conscious. If you're looking for a formaldehyde-free option, you might want to check out their Citra line instead.
