This product was good but not the packaging
The pads work good but the lid just fell off so the pads dried out and were unusable.

This item was missing from my order. Two weeks ago I filled out two different customer service forms to request the item or a refund and I've just been ignored. Not impressed with the customer service options when there's an issue with an order
