Push back cuticles and cleanse nails with a lint-free wipe and alcohol or acetone to remove surface oils. Apply one thin coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized Basecoat and allow to dry. Optional: Apply 2 coats of your preferred ORLY Nail Lacquer and allow to dry. Apply 1-2 even layers of Lumos Nail Lacquer and allow to dry. Expose nails to a light source to activate the glowing effect. Maintain your manicure using ORLY Cuticle Oil 2 times a day.
