Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil and lotion free. Measure and precut the perfect amount of Body Contour Tape to complement your breast size and garment of choice. Remove backing and hold the breast in desired position. Start taping on to the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. Use more tape if necessary. If placing the tape over the nipple, apply nipple covers before use. To remove, apply warm water, lotion, or oil on and around the edges and gently lift off the tape. Use oil or alcohol to wipe off any residue.
Precautions:
Before use, conduct a patch test prior to use for any sensitivity or allergic reactions. Cut out a small piece of the tape and wear inside of your wrist, elbow, or below your chest for at least 8 hours. If you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort of any kind, discontinue use. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies. Do not wear for more than 8 hours. Pair with No Show Concealers or Gentle No Show Concealers for nipple protection and added coverage. One-time use only. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or sensitive skin. Body Contour Tape is not a skin sensitizer. Not recommended for women skin disorders, very sensitive skin or who are pregnant or lactating or for use on children. Anyone can develop a rash or blisters. Remove immediately if experiencing a burning sensation. Adhesives may cause discoloration of skin pigmentation, more prevalent in women with dark skin tones. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Took Off My Skin
I needed some tape to pull up my boob for a lower dress. I wore this tape and when I tried to take it off with a water. My skin came off so now I have little specks of missing skin around my shoulder and my boob. What is going on with this product!! I'm in so much pain right now

This is a great product to use with some of those barely there summer fashion items!This tape is perfect for those tops that don't allow you to wear a bra.It can give you extra lift and volume that a bra can't give you.

I don't know how I survived without this product! It allows me to lift and make the girls look amazing. It stays in place until you remove it and they even include nipple covers. You can use this tape a hundred different ways in a hundred different dresses or tops. The tape is huge and will last a while. It also comes in different skin shades which I really like. The adhesive isn't painful to remove either. So great!!

I loved this tape! It's wider than the previous one I used which means I didn't have to use as many strips. It was very easy to apply by myself. It kept the girls up and it place perfectly. Will be purchasing again.

I received the Body Contour Tape free from Influenster & Hollywood Fashion Secrets in exchange for my honest review. I thought this roll of body tape was handy because you can cut exactly how much you need &then apply the custom length strip to tuck & lift any body part requiring a little help to look flawless. My only real issue was the removal because it pulled off some skin but for the purpose of body contouring it served it well.

A little hard to work with. The tape will sometimes stick together if you're not careful. Otherwise it provided a good lift. Another thing is you need to use the pasty in order for your nipples to not show.
