Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil and lotion free. Measure and precut the perfect amount of Body Contour Tape to complement your breast size and garment of choice. Remove backing and hold the breast in desired position. Start taping on to the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. Use more tape if necessary. If placing the tape over the nipple, apply nipple covers before use. To remove, apply warm water, lotion, or oil on and around the edges and gently lift off the tape. Use oil or alcohol to wipe off any residue.
Precautions:
Before use, conduct a patch test prior to use for any sensitivity or allergic reactions. Cut out a small piece of the tape and wear inside of your wrist, elbow, or below your chest for at least 8 hours. If you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort of any kind, discontinue use. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies. Do not wear for more than 8 hours. Pair with No Show Concealers or Gentle No Show Concealers for nipple protection and added coverage. One-time use only. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or sensitive skin. Body Contour Tape is not a skin sensitizer. Not recommended for women skin disorders, very sensitive skin or who are pregnant or lactating or for use on children. Anyone can develop a rash or blisters. Remove immediately if experiencing a burning sensation. Adhesives may cause discoloration of skin pigmentation, more prevalent in women with dark skin tones. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.

Took Off My Skin
I needed some tape to pull up my boob for a lower dress. I wore this tape and when I tried to take it off with a water. My skin came off so now I have little specks of missing skin around my shoulder and my boob. What is going on with this product!! I'm in so much pain right now

I received Hollywood Fashion Secrets Body Contour Tape for my review. This body tape promises to be flexible comfortable long-lasting lifts sculpts and secures. The body tape comes with 2 nipple coverings as well. I like that the tape came with instructions showing 8 options because otherwise I'd be lost. The tape is a pretty good match for my skin however I recommend following instructions and doing a patch test. I did option 1 because the only way I see wearing this tape is for a glam night in a deep V neck long sleeve top or dress. The tape is thick and uncomfortable I don't see wearing this with a tank top of any sorts. The tape did lift but I was so uncomfortable I removed the tape relatively soon after application. Applying the tape is a pain. The tape gets twisted. You are able to un twist it but its a hassle. Upon removal I did slowly remove the tape instead of following directions and using body oil first because that sounded like a hassle as well. Removal is like removing a band aid. My skin was left feeling itchy and irritated. I do not recommend this body tape. I much prefer a nude bra.
Great for small to mid-size chested girlies

Tried out the body contour tape. I think this tape does a really great job at what it is meant to do. I used it on a day that I was wearing a shirt that if I wore a traditionally bra the back strap would have been showing. If you have never used body contour tape before or are a novice like myself the application could be a little tricky. I really liked the guide that is included to show you different taping options I felt that really helped. As far as durability goes this tape help up throughout the day (I was not doing any strenuous activities). I think this is perfect for when you wear clothing or a dress that you don't want to wear a bra for. I think if you have a larger chest this size in particular would not get the job done but for mid to smaller chests the width of the tape is perfect. I also loved that they included disposable nipple covers as well. I also had no problem removing the tape (very carefully) without the use of an oil or remover and like that it didn't leave any abrasions or brush burn. I will definitely continue to use this body contour tape and would buy more after this roll runs out.

This product is awesome. The packing design could be better. But it doesn't decrease the product inside. The application process is a little tricky. If you leave the white backing while applying it to skin it makes it so much easier than removing the backing all at once. It lifted and supported my 34 D chest without problems. I was actually amazed! Since I am a nurse here is few different techniques for removal. 1. Get into the shower lather up really well….2. Use an oil product3. Use a 70% alcohol With any of the above techniques hold your skin taunt and pull slowly. I have sensitive skin and had no skin issues. More variety in skin tones would be excellent addition. I need to give two huge pieces of credit to this body contour tape - first it applies beautifully. Second - it didn't irritate my skin. My skin is sensitive and there are some flexible adhesive bandages that I've used in the past that has burned my skin. This tape was not a problem. Went on beautifully and removed with ease (which is wonderful if you consider where this is worn)! Love this goes on easy comes off easy and helps provide some additional shaping and options when maybe the traditional under garment won't do.
