Prep and shape nails. Brush on a thin coat of RCM's LED Fortify & Protect Base Coat and cure under the LED Light. Brush on your favorite RCM LED GEL polish and cure. Repeat. Apply Blooming Gel over cured gel polish. Before curing the Blooming Gel, use gel polish and the RCM Nail Art Dotting tool to created your design of choice. Cure. Finally brush on RCM's LED Fortify & Protect Top Coat and cure. Remove tacky residue with Purify liquid.
