Hello, Do you have a video on how to use the "buffer"? I easily removed the first liner but could not remove the 2nd hard plastic liner that blocked the hole. Is it supposed to be removed? Or are we supposed to remove the cap and put it in our hand to put on the face? I have tried everything to get it out but it would not move . Next is a hammer and a nail . I don't think it should be this difficult. I must be missing something. Thanks

You will want to unscrew the applicator tip, squeeze a small amount onto your fingertip, twist the cap back on, using your fingertips apply a small amount to your nose or t-zone, wet the applicator tip and then use it to massage in circular motions until you feel the product heating up, scrub for 15-30 seconds and then rinse off. I was skeptical but thought, OK, why not? I have 52 year old skin, very few wrinkles but a few dark spots and blackheads on my nose and chin. After cleansing, I applied as directed on my problem areas and could feel the tingle. Now massage and I probably did a little overkill and did more time but I thought, why not! So at 3 weeks, 3 times a week, I have noticed a big difference. I still see some blackheads but the skin area has improved and there's about 50% of my blackheads gone. Then I rinse and apply Clinique's Pore Refining Solutions, which has definitely made my pores smaller. Overall, I would definitely buy this product again and it's a good price point too.

Saw small difference, nothing drastic though :/
I've been using this product for around a month now and I must say it is a very cool and easy to use product. It feels like a warm wash cloth on your nose when using the rubber applicator. However, I haven't noticed a drastic difference. My pores on my nose may have gotten a little smaller but definitely not gone at all. It does make my nose feel super clean and fresh after use. Wasn't the best for me but could be for you!

In only 2 weeks…6 uses. My nose is clear of blackheads using 2xs a week. I have a more Stubborn on side of lower lip and chin, from big Shingle sores that left holes, that looks better but will take more time but I believe it will work after 11 years. I'm sold. Will keep using it 👍
