Hello, Do you have a video on how to use the "buffer"? I easily removed the first liner but could not remove the 2nd hard plastic liner that blocked the hole. Is it supposed to be removed? Or are we supposed to remove the cap and put it in our hand to put on the face? I have tried everything to get it out but it would not move . Next is a hammer and a nail . I don't think it should be this difficult. I must be missing something. Thanks

We're here to help. You will want to unscrew the applicator tip, squeeze a small amount onto your fingertip, twist the cap back on, using your fingertips apply a small amount to your nose or t-zone, wet the applicator tip and then use it to massage in circular motions until you feel the product heating up, scrub for 15-30 seconds and then rinse off. I hope this information is helpful. Let us know what you think! Was this answer helpful to you

So I have sensitive combination skin, I'm in my early 20s, and I tend to get breakouts when I'm stressed. Because of this, my nose and chin look like the surface of the moon. I began using the Clinique foaming acne cleanser, the 7 day blackhead scrub, their alcohol free toner, the ID hydrating gel for imperfections, and the dramatically different moisturizer. My skin was doing great! I added this bad boy in because a friend recommended it. Unfortunately, all this seemed to do was break me out… REALLY BAD. Normally I just have issues with blackheads, but this gave me those super deep, super painful cystic pimples. When I put it on my face, it feels like I'm rubbing hot magical sand into my skin. The applicator tip is really hard to use and it yellowed very quickly despite my best efforts to clean it (I'm a clean freak). I'm not sure what the deal is, but this seemed add new problems, not erase them.

It makes the appearance so much better on your face. The holes in your face seem to close, especially on your chin. Your makeup looks better.

Formula works

Submitted 4 years ago

By Sandy D

This is the first formula that has ever work to reduce and minimize the blackheads around my nose. My pores on & around my nose are smaller ( I believe) due to the reduction in blackheads. I absolutely love this product and will continue to re-purchase, although it may be a bit pricey. For me,it is worth every penny!!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
