Step 1: Root Pump Plus Humidity Resistant Volumizing Spray Mousse - Spray directly into damp hair at the root to mid shaft. When blow drying, pull hair away from the root to create big volume.
Step 2: Powder Play Volumizing & Texturizing Powder - Sprinkle on dry hair at the root for lift and volume and/or apply throughout the hair for amazing fullness and texture!

I received this product from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. The pros: I enjoyed that this set came with three different travel size products, which gave me the opportunity to try products I might not ordinarily use. The hairspray has great hold, the mousse definitely gave noticeable volume when blow drying damp hair, and the powder was great to add some lift when my hair felt a little flat. All of the products smelled fantastic and I love that the travel size makes them easy to take on the go. The cons: I have never used a spray mousse, so this might have been user error but my hair felt noticeably stickier, coarser and almost just dirty when using the mousse. I usually try to go two days between washes, but I had to wash my hair the next day because it just seemed and felt noticeably dirty. My hair also seemed more prone to tangling, which I'm not used to. I probably would not purchase the mousse in particular again in the future. 2/3 were pretty great, but considering the cons of the mousse I would just rate this set as good.

Big SexyHair Triple Volume Threat wasn't entirely my favorite. The root volume powder made my hair unmanageable the next day, the mouse was okay, it also weighed my hair down, the only part that I thoroughly enjoyed was the hair spray. I have thin, oily hair so maybe the products just weren't for me. I couldn't use them if it was in the middle of the week. -I was my hair 1x a week, on Sundays.-

So this set comes with three products one being full sized. If you want to try Sexy Hair this is a good starter kit. I'll review each product: (FULL SIZE) Powder Play volumizing & texturizing powder. 2/5 I can see why people like this. My hair wasn't ideal for this. I think short textured hair would work best. This left a weird feeling in my hair and didn't feel like it added any sort of volume. Root Pump Plus 4/5 my favorite product in this set. It's a mousse texture but you don't have have damp hair to use it. Adds nice volume without being sticky or heavy. Spray and play 3/5 a strong hold hairspray. This is perfect to relive your scene kid days because the tease with this is wild! Be careful though. If you spray a little too much it hardens & doesn't move!

I tried this set out and was thrilled to see that I'd get to use some texturizing and volumizing products. I have pretty flat straight hair, so I appreciate anything that can make it a bit more full. I liked the value of the set because I got to try the three best sellers and I thought it smelled nice. What I didn't like was that the texturizing powder did make my hair greasy. I think that could be chalked up to user error though.
