I have bought and replaced Series 9 Pro shavers, over and over again. From the power button coming off, to being stuck in "travel mode" to total failure several times. Today, my replacement, for replacement, for replacement failed. Showing full charge, but will not start. I have had it and am tired of shipping these faulty shavers back to Braun. IT IS A HUGE HASSLE dealing with them.

I am getting terrible shaves with my PRO 9 shaver! I am definitely going back to shaving cream and disposable razors! After shaving with the Pro9, I end up having to do a second shave with a blade and cream! I am so sorry I wasted my money on this!

I recently purchased a series 9000 Sport+ (Model 9350) at a well known members only big box store. I have to say that I couldn't be happier. After 60+ years of shaving with mostly rotary shavers and a few foil shavers, including Braun, this one is the best yet. The shaver was quiet and smooth. The adjustable head readily adapted to my facial contours. I was done before I knew it. The clean and charge station worked perfectly. It's like having a new shaver every day.
