Mary said the braun does not stand behind their product! The only heads out there for replacement or counterfeit. Even purchased from wrong you get a counterfeit. Why does this company not do something about it? They should start refunding all purchases for the S9.

I bought this when my other two series 7 shavers heads where never available to purchase. I bought this near christmas 2025 and the blade cuts very little of my face and it's only 7 months after I bought it new. I do use the cleaning station with genuine braun cartridges and it still is dull. Now they want me to pay for new heads twice a year, this is unacceptable.
