2nd time trying this. 1. include oil to lubricate 2. Include travel case that holds charger and includes brush. 3. Make the shaver out of aluminum. For a premium shaver to be made out of plastic make it feel cheap. It should have heft to it

The power button is made of cheap plastic. It popped out about 7 months after I purchased the shaver, after which I sent it in for an in-warranty repair. Two months after receiving the fixed shaver, the power button has again popped out. This is not the quality I expect from Braun.

I bought this a month ago for my husband who has been bedridden in the hospital and still is. He is on blood thinners so I thought this would be the safer alternative. He has yet to get a close shave and I have been doing all the steps, tips, cleaning, etc. Getting the neck area clear is non-existent. So sorry I spent all this money for nothing. Bought on the reviews from the internet and Consumer Reports.

I really thought about returning this after the purchase. Upon its first use I really didn't get a clean, close shave like advertised. I figured I'd give it a couple more tries before the return time expired and came around to liking it. I used to shave after showering, but learned that I get a better cut if I shave with the Braun prior. I also learned that I get a closer, clean, shave going side to side rather than just the traditional up and down motions. It took about four or five times before I came around and started liking it.
