I upgraded to Series 9 after using a Braun razor for years. This one worked well until a few weeks ago when the cleaner stopped working. I notified Braun and they emailed me asking for information. Once supplied they sent me a mailing label and instructions about what I should return. It took about 10 days and my razor was returned with a new washer and all cleaned up like new. I have never received such good service from any company.
Razors so reliable they outlast charging stations

It is ridiculous Braun doesn't include on their website, or in the replacement parts for series 9 razors, any information regarding (Cleaning and Charging Station). The whole item number nor the first 4 numbers, used to order replacement blades, and wash tanks, isn't recognized. You would think a link to take me to a site for retailers that could help me purchase new station.

Braun missing close shave

I bought the Pro+ a couple years ago. Not happy with the 94M head after a year, I replaced it with another 94M head ... although this head eliminated "razor burn", it was considerably weak "again" in close shave. That's after a 1 day shave. Research led me to a 96M (others complaint users recommended). It had to ship from Germany ... should receive next week. Price is some 3 times the 94M head, but I need something that works. Time will tell, before my next move. I've been using Braun over the past 2 or 3 decades.
Not worth the price

Honestly this product was extremely disappointing. I have been using it for two months and thought that things would get better over time, but they have not. It takes me over an hour to shave with this. It misses hairs like crazy. I need to go over the same area dozens of times to get all hairs. I have tried going in different directions, stretching the skin while shaving, doing it immediately after showering… nothing helps. The shaver also leaves hundreds of micro cuts on my face as well. The price absolutely does not justify this product. I wanted to love this product, but I can't. I have reverted back to using my Phillips Norelco One Blade which shaves far better and quicker.
