The 4 star rating goes to the silicone head. It's soft on the skin and fits in the hand. I don't like the brush head much, kinda hard on scalp and difficult to use. If it was designed as a silicone head massage with the other head can create bubble then I'd like it more.

I also like that the other side can be use to scrub your body so it's kinda like a 2 in 1. I will definitely be taking this with me when I travel!
