Most Helpful Positive Review GREAT performance! I used this the first time on the day of a family event.
First, I applied my usual Zinc oxide sunscreen and piled my Maybelline Fitme Matte and Poreless on top, as usual. Then I lined my lashes, filled my lid while blending with my finger, defined my crease, and left a slight upward blending (as one does with eyeshadow). I used extra on the "outer crease" of the eyeshadow and blended on the lower lashline. I patted on some of the loose Kiko Milano "magnetic" shadow with my finger (comes in a wand/tube but is powdered form), but only on the inner half to 2/3 of the eyelid. Instant eye look plus mascara. This combo stayed on all day, in hot humid weather with ZERO creases. It did not leave my eyelids feeling sticky or vaguely irritated (looking at you, eyeshadow pots by the popular drugstore brand starting with M!).
The real test will be seeing how it performs without the additional powder shadow on top. To be fair, the outer creases looked fine, even though by eyelids get oily and the outer corners of my eyes can tear up. I have sensitive eyes and wore contact lenses with no issues. I love everything I tried by Kiko thus far.
Most Helpful Critical Review formula seems to be more greasy? I used to love these eyeshadows but I bought 'Golden Taupe' recently and it creased on me like an hour so after applying, whereas before my brown shades used to hold up quite well. The formula (at least for 'Golden Beige' seems a bit greasy to me and creases almost immediately, I didn't expect that. :(

This is my first time using these eyeshadow sticks and I was really excited to try out this particular shade in hopes of it being a multichrome / shifting color. I would say this the shimmers in this definitely have some color shifting to them, however it's very subtle. It leans towards a fine glitter rather than a creamy shimmer which I was not expecting, so if glitter is not your thing, I would pass on this. The base is smooth and creamy and I didn't notice any fall out, however it does have the potential to blend away into a sheer wash of glitter. Again, it's not a con, just something to be aware of. I really wish the base color had been more of a mauve/grey toned purple vs pewter/gunmetal to bring out the purple in the shimmer more. Overall, It's fine for a one and done look or as a topper. I would purchase more if the color range was more appealing because I enjoy this type of application.
If you like ByTerry, you will love these! 4

I'm 38 with combo-oily skin and have hooded lids so I can't stand creasing or smudging. I like shadow sticks for travel and convenience of not cleaning brushes. I tried Laura Mercier but they crease and have glitter fallout, so my go-to is ombré black star from ByTerry. These are my HG and have the finest shimmer that last all day without creasing. KM comes very close consistency and color wise but don't last as long and do crease at the end of the day. Golden brown is closest to Bronze moon in ByTerry but slightly more grey-taupe. Rosey brown (more mauve-taupe) is closest to Misty Rock (slightly pinker). ByTerry shades lean warmer while these are cooler/neutral. Multicolor Mauve is my favorite! It is the most sparkly and applies mauvey-taupe but looks golden brown when you spread it. The least shimmery is Golden Taupe which looks taupey-brown with a bit of mauve. You can't go wrong with any of the colors! And if you always wanted to try ByTerry eyeshadows but didn't want to splurge 40$, these are the closest I have tried.

Beautiful color with glowing results. I bought one for each of my 3 sisters and they love it too
Stays in place 5

I wore this all day in 90 degree weather at a theme park and it didn't budge. I put on my usual eyeshadow prime because I have oily eyelids and it stayed in place for 14+ hours. I want one of each shade.

Glitter Bomb 2

Color blends to almost nothing, but the glitter stays behind and goes everywhere.

I got all four shades and they are all so creamy and so easy to apply and blend! What I love most is that they do not crease and they last all day. I wear them alone on my "no makeup" makeup days and I also use them as an eyeshadow base. These are a great alternative to the more pricier shadow sticks like Laura Mercier or Bobbi Brown shadow sticks.

I purchased golden taupe and it is a dark purple leaning color . Not flattering for my fair skin tone and not the golden sparkly shade i was wanting. Does not blend out as well either there is some skipping
Golden Taupe is closer to purple on my skin 4

My skin tone is light tan (Latina) and this was not at all the color I was expecting. Goes on very evenly and easily, long-lasting and just the right pigmentation. Will try other shades and hope for the best!

I have the sade 46, Multicolor Mauve. I find this specific color to be so useful! most days I'll use it to tightline my upper lashline or use it as a smudgy eyeliner, but it also works great to make an eyeshadow look look more smokey, and it works wonderfully as a one-and-done eyeshadow look. I have very oily, very hooded lids and once this shadow sets it does not go anywhere.
I think think this color counts as a multichrome? it has a dark pewter base with mauve, lime, and gold reflects. However, unlike a lot of multichromes with dark bases, I think this is very beginner friendly as it can be sheered out super easily to give a really beautiful iridescent haze on your lids. I don't think I'm interested in any of the other colors, but as of right now I don't ever want to be without #46.
Love this shadow stick! 5

I use this for an all over lid color. I have a lot of red capillaries on my lids, so I use concealer under eye and on my lid, but if I use a concealer that is on the oily side, this doesn't stay put. I've been experimenting with using this with no concealer under it and that works well. I doesn't need concealer under it because it has great color payoff. Haven't tried it with primer yet, but I noticed some reviews said one doesn't need it.
I like the consistency and it is easy to smudge or spread when you first put it on - then it stays put. I can put a little on when I don't want as much color and spread it with my fingertip or mini sponge - or apply it heavier for more drama :)

I highly recommend this eyeshadow stick it's better than a more expensive brand.
Stays put! 4
Frankie from IN
This is the first eyeshadow stick I've used that actually stays put. For the first 30 seconds or so you have time to blend it out, after that it dries and locks in place - its fantastic! No smudging or creasing!
The only downside is the tiny glitter flecks I wasn't expecting. I wish those weren't there. Other than that its a hit!
Good for younger people. 3

Similar on application as the LM caviar sticks, but I find these last longer and have even better colors. Ulta please start carrying the full shade range!!!
Shade golden taupe 5
Grace03 from Utah
This shadow stick is easy, beautiful color, very slight creasing at the end of the day. I can't say enough good things about it I will 100% be checking out more colors.
I used it with Mac soft ocher as an eyeshadow primer. I feel like I pretty have oily eyelids and always use a eyeshadow primer regardless of type of eyeshadows I use. I usually see creasing at the end of the day more so with some shadows than others.

this is my third purchase of this product in different shades, and it is my best make up advice I would recommend to all my friends. It is quick to apply during busy mornings and leaves a lovely texture and color that does not fade. I will buy it again!
Awesome payoff 5

I have used cream eyeshadows from another maker for years and paid $25 per tube. Needless to say, I was very happy to find a duplicate for a lot less money. The color pay off is great, there is no fall out, no need to wear a primary, and the colors are really pretty and pigmented. I agree with another reviewer that it would be nice to be able to tell when a color is matte or metallic. Other than that I am very happy with the 11 shades that I have purchased… Actually I have 13, I made a mistake and ordered two duplicates...senior moment.
Unbelievable! 5

I really like this product as it is so creamy and easy to blend out once applied. I also find that they do not crease or smudge throughout the day.

Really like this eyeshadow- beautiful pigment and very quick and easy to use. Also a good size as its quite thin could easily fit in bottom of handbag! Lasts me all day also. I might have to pick up some more shades:)
Easy to use design 5

I have this in four shades and love them, they're fairly easy to blend and even a beginner could apply them. They last at least 8 hours while I am on shift in a busy environment. My only drawback is that they're quite thick, unlike a powder, so apply sparingly - a little goes a long way!
