Not what I expected, formula change?
I purchased this product hoping for a waterproof lash extender. But it was wet and clumpy and didn't seem to extend at all. Not a fan. Weighed down my lashes. I have used this product in the past, hoping this was just a bad batch.

I was in love when I put this on. My eyelashes were stunning. One hour later it looked like I wrestled the hulk when in fact I was sitting in front of a computer. Waterproof is pointless if it's not sweat/smudge proof.
