Has the formula or packaging been modified recently to fix issues? This used to be my favorite liner and the ONLY one that will actually stay put on my eyelids, but then the formula began drying out super quickly. The last one I received was so dried out on receipt that it looked worse than my old one that I was trying to replace. I'd love to buy this liner again but I'm afraid to because I have no Ulta stores nearby.

Dries out very easily. I had it for a week and got it replaced in store. Even with the replacement it was horrible
Worst liquid liner ever
I used to love this eyeliner. I have purchased it three times in the last year, from different stores, and all of them were very dry from the start, would barely draw onto my eye. This formula must have changed over the years, or the new black/red packaging (vs. their old plain black pen) has made it bad. Skip this if you want something to glide on easy.

I had high hopes for this eyeliner. But within 3 hours it was smudging off on to my eye lid. I never had this issue with my other eyeliners, but I do enjoy trying new ones out. Hence why I got this one. Definitely will not buy again. I'll stick to Stila or Benefit.
