FINALLY SOFT HAIR
If you have really dry textured hair, GET THIS!! It is so amazing, its as hydrating as a mask. I have 2a medium/fine wavy, dry, damaged, broken hair and my hair has never been better. Ive tried EVERYTHING and this is the only thing thats truly worked.

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I have 4A/4B hair and I love this conditioner. The price tag is scary, but I buy it on sale and stock up. After maybe the second wash day using both the shampoo and conditioner, I noticed more definition in my hair with absolutely no product on it, straight out of the shower. There is less frizz, and my hair feels very soft and hydrated after rinsing this out. Would recommend to curly/coily girls who typically have dry hair, I have noticed multiple positives after switching to this product.
Horrible product and customer service
I love the regular all soft, but I have curly hair, so I thought this would be a terrific combo. Spoiler…not even close. This and the shampoo made my hair almost gummy feeling, tangled, and destroyed my curls. When I contacted customer service, they informed me it would cost MORE than one of the liters to send back. Or I could drive two hours to the nearest store and do it in person. I ended up giving these away. Horrible product and customer service from Ulta.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have wavy/ curly hair. I loved the all soft Conditioner but it didn't help my curls/waves define. The mega curls keeps my hair soft, light and allows my for my natural body to shine through while providing all the awesome feature of the redken brand.
This is a big NO
I've liked every Redken shampoo and conditioner I've purchased, except for this one. I have naturally wavy/curly hair so i thought this would be a good conditioner during the winter when there's less moisture in the air. I was so very disappointed in the results and damage this did to my hair! The ends of my recently trimmed hair are now ratty and frizzy! When I comb through my hair, qiluite a bit of hair came out- its scary and I only used this product once! I will be returning this… it is not a good conditioner.
