Wanted to love it too
It's not what I expected. I expected for it to be flexible. Have to go over my face with my hands to get in the crevices. That defeats the purpose. Works great for mask applications and removal, but not for everyday cleansing.

This is fantastic because it has so many uses! The spatula is great for spreading masks, and the wavy side is good for taking the mask off. I use the spiral side to exfoliate when washing my face, and it's probably my favorite feature. Exceeds expectations!
