Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Fluffier brushes are great for blending. Use a small angled brush to line the eyes.

I normally LOVE colourpop eyeshadows but this palette is a dud in their line. All the pigments are badly formulated. The mattes don't blend well AT ALL, and the shimmers are touchy. One of the best purples
That i have had peobably since high school (15 years). Its pigmented, the shimmers are amazing. I just highly recommend it also as a brown eyed person!

Wow, I was not expecting a ton of color in this inexpensive palette, but it's great! I love it!
Bummer
I usually love colourpop eyeshadows, but this one is a major miss. It has little to no pigment payoff, even using eyeshadow primer and wetting a brush or using my finger to apply. I love the color story though! If they can improve the formula it would be awesome.
Pretty palette
