Mine died on day 1…TWO MONTHS LATER…no replacement
I bought two Airwraps for my adult daughters. One stopped working mid-style and it never turned back on. It's been 2 months and I haven't received a replacement as promised. I'm so disappointed with the customer service response for a customer who spent this much money.

Love it, but doesn't last.
Given the price, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. I purchased my first one about five years ago. It stopped working just a few months shy of the warranty period. Dyson replaced it however, the replacement does not come with a warranty. Now, roughly two years later, the second one has quit. I would say it only has a usage life of about two years. And I don't use it every day. I only use it a few x's a month. Way too expensive to die so fast. Yes I clean the filter very often.
Bummed...
i've been wanting this product for about 3 to 4 years. I decided to finally pull the trigger and buy it. I used it two times before it decided to stop working, and the filter light was flashing red. I called the store where I bought it from and asked if I could return the blow dryer. they asked me why I wanted to return it. I told her what happened and she referred me over to the Dyson warranty instead of telling me to come by and return it and get a new one. She told me that Dyson will replace it or fix it for me. All I have to do is ship it in. Not sure why I couldn't just return it to her. I am very upset not only with Dyson but with the Ulta employee that I talked to. It's a real bummer that I had to send in a brand new hair tool after only using it two times. What's even worse is that I'm not the only person who has had this problem and Dyson continues to sell this faulty product. I guess I will update my review when I get it back from Dyson after it's been repaired not sure I would've purchased this if I would've looked at the reviews here first.
Very disappointed
I had such high expectations for this item. I waited since last Christmas (2024) to finally get it for myself in 2025. Within only a month of having it, it started messing up. Shutting off on its own after only 2 weeks of actually using it. I cleand the filters, multiple times, followed the step by step video and nothing. And my hair gets super frizzy, the curls dont even hold at all. I regret buying this so much. And apparently i cant return it anymore
Quick Dry & Style
After some trial and error ive figured out how to make curls last for two days. The Dyson Airwrap saves time and makes styling easy. My only complaint is the filter constantly needs cleaning every few days. This can be very frustrating when your in a hurry and the light starts flashing.
Doesn't hold the curl well
So I have used this and so has a few of my other friends and we have all said that it doesn't hold the curls by the time I'm done with the last section the rest of the curls have fell! But I love the blow dry part!
