I just would like to know why the bristles on my #212 brush started falling out. When I asked the girls in the store they said "wear and tear" I have brushes I've been using for 3 years and I take good care if them. They have never fallen apart like this one has. One would think they would have would have been a little more helpful then "wear and tear."

Can I clean any (or all) of the IT Brushes for Ulta with baby shampoo?

IT features a flat, paddle style, custom cut bristles to apply foundation evenly and give full coverage every time. Uses a lot of product
The brush soaks up a lot of product so you need to use a lot of concealer to get the brush to work. In addition, a lot of concealer gets stuck deep in the brush so you need to wash it often. I also felt like the brush didn't deposit concealer onto my face well. The search continues for a good concealer brush.

Highly recommend this brush. Saw this on a YT video, where the blogger used it to apply eye shadows. I highly recommend it for that as it applies the most amount of product with the last amount of fallout. My shadow looks great with this brush!
