- Match the nail tab number to your appropriate nail bed size.
- Press the adhesive tab to your natural nail and hold down to secure.
- Gently peel off the backing, and firmly attach your press-on nails. Pro-tip: For extended wear, apply the adhesive tabs onto natural nails, nail glue on top of the adhesive tabs, then the press-on nails. This will allow for a less damaging remove process of your press-ons later and also allow for double the hold strength.

I was able to use these with a combination of glue to get 9 days of wear, and the only reason I removed the nails was because I wanted to change up my look. Protected the nails underneath well and came off easily without any abrasive materials.

Truly amazing. As long as I take the time to actually use the correct size for each nail, they last me a minimum of 4 days without popping off. Most times though, it lasts a full 7-10 days. Can't say enough good things.
