I've used this mascara for 20 plus years, but now it won't wash off and I'm using the same face wash. I have lost lashes trying to get it off. I thought it was just a bad one off, ordered a new tube, same thing. It won't come off and it says it's the original washable formula. What happened?

Best mascara I have ever used!
I have been using L'Oreal telescopic for years...peolple always ask me what kind of mascara I use and are suprised when I say L'Oreal. I work full-time and then come home for mommy duties...and my mascara still lasts. #thisiswhat40lookslike Thank you for helping me feel beautiful

Good mascara with one con
This is the first mascara I ever tried where I actually saw a difference in my lashes. Never clumped, easy to take off, brush is easy to use, and it lengthens A LOT!! The only con is that the tube dries out very quickly.

So good !! The bad reviews are people not knowing how to work a mascara. I apply mascara then curl when they're fully dry, and repeat for a fuller look.
Recent formula change?
I have used this mascara for years, it was my go-to and it was perfect for lightly defining and lengthening my lashes. It never flaked, it never clumped, it was great. The last two tubes I've purchased have not only dried out very fast (within 3 weeks) but it looks awful on my eyelashes. My eyelashes look clumped, the distribution of the product is all over the place and no matter what I try nothing fixes it. The first one I bought like this I hoped was just a fluke, but I bought another one and same thing. It looks terrible. Avoid this, you can find better formulas for the same price.
