Persona 24 HR Waterproof Eyeliner

I purchased 2 and they both smudge easy and it doesn't last long. I also was not aware they had to be sharpened. I would have never purchased them if that was the case. They continue to break.

I discovered this brand online and decided to try the blush and eyeliner. I am wearing the color Plum and love how easily it went on. Definitely compliments my brown eyes.

I was SO excited when I saw these tucked away on a tiny end cap, and I immediately snatched up Plum after testing it out on the back of my hand. I have brown eyes and wanted this for tightlining, but sadly the pigment just wasnt there. I had to press quite hard to get any color payoff on my tightline and waterline. And the lasting power is definitely not there. Maybe this would as a liner on the lid, but i think theres way better on the market for this price.

I bought this because the reviews mentioned it stays on which it does once you get it on. It's so creamy you can't draw a smooth line or sharpen it unless you keep it in the fridge. I learned this after wasting an entire liner trying to sharpen it. As far as staying power it has it but there is the small bits and pieces that get in your eye trying to get it on. I like that the black is a very deep black and the dark brown is okay if you like brown but it's really dark. I will buy it again if it's on sale. I have been sick lately in my old age and it has stayed on for three days which is good but also gross I found this out. So I do love it more than other high end pencil liners but I do hate that it has to be refrigerated.
