Disappointed with my first MAC brush
I was so excited to get this brush. The most money I�۪ve ever spent on a brush. This brush is so prickly I can�۪t even use it. It feels like it is scratching my eyelid. I have an $8 brush that is so soft. I chatted with customer service and I have to send mine back to exchange it for another one...

Very disappointed in MAC. Once upon a time, everyone wanted to own a MAC brush. I love my original 224. This is garbage and a total ripoff. I will not be purchasing another brush from MAC unless they bring back their natural hair brushes.

I'm sorry, but the synthetic bristles are not going to cut it. I recently lost my 224 brush and bought this one. I love the old one so much more, because this one is VERY scratchy even though it does a descent job with blending. It's very rough to the touch and I can feel the bristles softly scraping against my eyelids. I can even feel the scratches after I'm done with my eye shadow. I'm getting rid of this one and buying a softer blending brush from somewhere else.

So as others have stated this new synthetic brush is so inferior to the previous classic it's laughable. And MAC: fine. go more vegan and make synthetic brushes. your choice. but you can't expect customers to pay the same price we once did for these synethic brushes. you have competition with even better synthetic brushes at a fraction of the price. only a fool would buy these brushes. worse, inferior, cheaper product while charging the same price. girl please...
