Most Helpful Positive Review Does not run Best waterproof mascara I've come across in a long time! And it looks great...for me personally wearing mascara is a challenge because I have a lot of oil around my eyes and eyelids. Sounds knarley but hey, at least I don't have wrinkles! I've tried countless big name brands where the makeup reps "promise" me they understand my problem and gurantee their product won't run and within 30 mins the mascara is running giving me the appearance of bags under my eyes. My eyelashes tend to grow straight down so I heat my eyelash curler with my hairdryer before curling. Now with lights, camera, splashes, and a few dabs of primer potion, I can wear mascara all day without it running or my lashes drooping. Highly recommend this mascara! So happy I tried it!
Most Helpful Critical Review Terrible I'm really unhappy that I let the salesperson in the store influence my choice. I've loved all of the other tarte products I've ever purchased but this stuff is just worse than no mascara. The brush has almost no bristles and the packaging is really annoying and wasteful. It allows way too much product that is way too sticky on to the brush. It basically makes your lashes in to shiny spikes.Even with two differnt types of makeup remover and wipes it took almost TWO days to get off. I wish I could return.

I switched to the waterproof version of this product and it took three days to remove from my lashes. Wouldn't budge with regular micellar makeup remover. Very minimal under-eye transfer. I also wish they had the same brush style as the regular formula but still a minor critique.

I can't believe I finally found a mascara that doesn't bother my eyes. With only a couple applications I have long lashes that I love! The waterproof keeps it where it should stay!

I am very pleased with the waterproof & smudgeproof aspects of this mascara. I am very disappointed in its lack of curling, lengthening or thickening. I would not purchase this mascara again. I was hoping that since I was buying a better than drugstore product, that it would do the things I mentioned.

I bought this mascara for lengthening of my thick but short very blonde lashes. While it does make my lashes black, it does nothing else for them. The product does not lengthen at all. I am not impressed with this Tart waterproof mascara and will never buy it again. Would not recommend it.

Not as good as the non-waterproof version. This one doesn't add as much volume and doesn't build very well (with immediate multiple coats).

Doesn't smudge or run. Lasts all day. Would like it to go on a little thicker with more and longer bristles on the wand. Takes a couple passes to get enough on my lashes.

Mascara is so dry you can barely see it. It requires multiple applications. On the plus side, I wore it swimming and it stayed put. I'm going back to Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara.

This is my favorite mascara. I've been looking for one that keeps my lashes curled up and that lasts all day. All the other mascaras I've tried are too wet so my lashes don't stay curled up after application. But that doesn't happen with this mascara and it lasts me an entire 12 hour hospital shift!
