I received a Shampoo/Conditioner sample pack in the Hydrate for color treated hair and LOVED it. It smelled good and made my hair silky smooth and super pretty. I immediately returned my current brand for full size of Pureology Hydrate. However, the full size smells comepletely different than the sample. It is very overwhelming. I had to read the details to figure out it must be the sage. Is it because it's a concentrate? I don't understand why the samples wouldn't have that same sage scent. It's very "manly" and makes me hold my breath when my hair blows in my face. Might have to return it but wanted to ask first. Thanks!

I bought this conditioner in the 1L size. Is anyone else having a hard time getting a pump to work with this product? Ive tried two separate pumps and cant get anything to come out. What am I doing weong?

Irritated my scalp

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was excited to get this however, after trying it, I was not a big fan of it. The dispensing part was great. It also rinsed well and thank goodness it did because it felt like a burning sensation it irritated my scalp. I didn't like the smell either, it smells like medicine. And I didn't see a difference in the shine. I do not recommend.

The conditioner was a good consistency, not too runny or too thick. It has tea tree or something in it because when I put it on my head it started tingling. I'm not too crazy about the fragrance although it is mild I didn't care for it. It actually made my hair stink, I got caught out in the rain & my hair smelled awful. I didn't notice any improvements with my hair, it actually made it feel dry & hard to manage & I air dry my hair. I had to put a leave in conditioner in to be able to comb my hair with a wide tooth comb that I always use. I wouldn't buy again

I have a long virgin black straight hair and this conditioner helps my hair to feel so hydrated, smooth and silky after using. It helps with reduce scalp too. I've been using product for 1 month now and noticed the changing. This product got a good volume and amount for the price, and will last for a couple months for me. Worth money to spend on.
