- Before each use, shake the bottle to activate the formula and mix the oil phase with the water & phase.
- Saturate a cotton round or cotton ball with Bi-Facil and hold over closed eyes to moisten and soften all layers of eye makeup including eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara.
- Then, gently swipe over makeup to remove. Repeat until all eye makeup is removed.
PRO TIP: Saturate or dab Bi-Facil onto a cotton swab or makeup corrector brush to fix makeup application mistakes when applying eye makeup for a flawless finish.

I'm going to buy it again and again and again. I love it
I use this product to remove my eye makeup. I noticed with the pads they sell to remove eye makeup. Are causing me wrinkles by my eye area. But this product is so awesome I just use it on a cotton ball and just wipes off without pulling the skin. Love it love it

However, the last few bottles have been less effective at removing makeup and I find I use numerous cotton balls soaked to get eye shadow, mascara, etc removed. Gentle & Effective
I love that this eye makeup remover takes off even waterproof mascara gently, no scrubbing needed. Don't want to lose any lashes.

This product never fails to impress me. I have been using it for years and I always removes my eye makeup gently and thoroughly. I have also used novellas water and cleansing balms but they don't quite perform as well. I just give this bottle a shake and dab some on a cotton round before applying it to my eye. It's very simple to use and it's always effective. I will always repurchase this.

This is by far the best eye makeup remover ever created! I was in the beauty industry for over 30 years, and have used BiFacil consistently. I've tried others, none compare. It removes all eye makeup easily and gently. Don't waste money on other brands!
