Use as a complete system with All Soft Shampoo and Argan-6 Oil. After shampooing, apply and distribute through hair. Rinse. Follow with Argan-6 Oil. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately.

When these Redken shampoo and conditioner went on sale for the large bottles I should have thought maybe they were trying to get rid of them. I read the reviews and they looked good.....but now I'm noticing more and more talk of dry limp easily tangled hair. I have never had a problem with my fine easy to manage hair...suddenly it was getting thinner and dryer. When my hairdresser remarked I realized it was the change in products. I tried to return but I was past the 60 days. It takes a while to realize something is not working for you and I had trust in the Redken name. What a waste of money! Ulta should take better care of their customers.

I've been buying the all soft shampoo and conditioner for years. Always been my go to but something has changed in the formula lately. At first I thought it was just me but after doing some research, I'm definitely not the only one noticing it. Whatever ingredients they changed, it does not work for my hair anymore. I can tell my hair is more dry, no longer soft, and actually feels tangled after (which makes no sense!) after using the shampoo and conditioner. So disappointed. Bring the old version back!
