Program Information
Ulta Beauty Rewards® is our way of thanking our loyal guests for choosing Ulta Beauty. Ulta Beauty Rewards® is the rewardiest program in beauty®. As a Member, you'll feel the love by being rewarded with points on every qualifying purchase and exclusive offers sent to you via email, mobile app, and mail. The program is free to join; simply shop like you always do — and get rewarded for it. It's proof that beauty loves you back.
When checking out in-store, you can provide the Ulta Beauty associate your phone number. The associate will gladly look up your number and ensure that you receive your points.
Alternatively, you can provide the Ulta Beauty associate with your Member ID barcode in the Ulta Beauty app.
When checking out online, be sure your Ulta Beauty Rewards® Member ID is on the dashboard page of your account on at ulta.com. Then, just make sure you're logged in before you check out, and your purchases will automatically be applied to your Member account.

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Platinum Members earn 1.25 points for every $1 (25% more) and Diamond Members earn 1.5 points (50% more!).

Earning Points
Yes! All Ulta Beauty Ulta Beauty Rewards® bonus point offers are stackable! Note: Base points are earned only once. For example, if a member buys $25 worth of a skin care product when we offer 2X points for that product, and another offer for 3X points on your entire purchase, the total points earned would be 100 points. Let's do the beauty math: 25 base points + 25 bonus points from the 2X product specific bonus offer + 50 bonus points from the 3X on your entire purchase = 100 points.
Yes, Members can earn base and bonus points on the same product/transaction. For example, Members will earn 100 base points on a $100 qualifying purchase. If a "2X" multiplier offer is also applicable, the total points earned would be 200 (calculated as follows: 100 base points + 100 bonus points = 200 points).
Yes, all qualifying Beauty Services are eligible to earn points! And you can even rack up those points to redeem for discounts on future Beauty Services!
You can earn points on all our qualifying pretty products, including Beauty Services. However, gift cards, tips, shipping and handling charges, discounts from vendor coupons (or other similar discount coupons), taxes, charitable donations and fees are not eligible for earning points. Yes! To earn base points on these orders, you must link your Ulta Beauty Rewards® account to your DoorDash Marketplace or Instacart Marketplace account via the Ulta Beauty storefront before your order is placed. There may be additional delays (up to 3 days) for points to appear in your account for DoorDash and Instacart purchases. Note that bonus point promotions exclude purchases made via third party marketplaces.
Yes! To earn base points on these orders, you must be logged into your Ulta Beauty Rewards® account online or in the Ulta Beauty app before your order is placed. Note that bonus point promotions exclude purchases made via UB Marketplace™.
Yes, select products listed in the UB Marketplace™ count toward Diamond and Platinum member spend! To ensure qualifying purchases made via UB Marketplace™ count toward your annual member tier spend, you must be logged into your Ulta Beauty Rewards® account online or in the app with your Member ID linked with your online or in-app account before your order is placed.
No, purchases made via third party marketplaces, such as DoorDash Market and Instacart Marketplace do not count toward your Diamond or Platinum member spend. Please see the Program Terms & Conditions for qualifying purchases.
For in-store purchases, you earn points immediately. (Unless our systems are down. In that case, we will process your points within 24 hours after your purchase.)
For online purchases, points will be credited to your account within 72 hours after your order has shipped. Points earned on purchases made via third party marketplaces may take longer than 72 hours to post to your account. Please see Program Terms & Conditions for additional details.
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Platinum Members earn 1.25 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Diamond Members earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.
Sign into your ulta.com account online or in the Ulta Beauty app and your Member ID will located under the Ulta Beauty Rewards or Dashboard section however, if your account was not linked you can contact Guest Services here to obtain your Member ID or look at the bottom of a recent in-store receipt.
Make sure your Ulta Beauty Rewards® Member ID is on your Dashboard page at ulta.com. Then, make sure you're logged in when you make a qualifying purchase, and your points will be added to your Member account automatically when your items have shipped. Points earned on purchases made via third party marketplaces may take longer to post to your account. Please see Program Terms & Conditions for additional details.
Every time you shop at Ulta Beauty, simply provide the associate with your registered phone number at checkout. The associate will gladly look up your number and ensure that you receive your points. Alternatively, you can provide the Ulta Beauty associate with your Member ID barcode in the Ulta Beauty app.
Points will expire for Members at the end of the quarter one year after the date they were earned. Check your receipt, ulta.com/rewards, or your Ulta Beauty Rewards® Member Statement email for the next expiration date. Remember, points don’t expire while you’re a Diamond or Platinum Member!
A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. If you have lost your receipt and used your Member ID for the purchase the store can look it up for you.
Your points, base and bonus, are deducted from your points balance.
If you have the receipt from the purchase, log-in to your account, go to Ulta Beauty Rewards® and click on the "Missing Transaction?" link at the bottom of the page.
Yes, if your birthday is on your Member profile, you will receive 2X Bonus Points on all qualifying purchases made during your birthday month (offer activation required). Plus, if you are signed up to receive Ulta Beauty emails or have the Ulta Beauty mobile app, we will send you a coupon for a birthday gift (while supplies last). Redemption of birthday gifts are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in your birthday gift coupon and your birthday gift email. Platinum and Diamond Members will receive an extra birthday perk in addition to these birthday perks!
Yes! For every $1 spent, Platinum Members earn 1.25 points and Diamond Members earn 1.5 points. That's 25% and 50% faster, respectively. Plus, points never expire as long as Platinum or Diamond status is maintained each calendar year.
You can find the current number of points expiring on your receipt, in the mobile app, or on https://www.ulta.com/account/rewards and in the Ulta Beauty Rewards® Member Statement email. Don't let your points expire. Shop Today!
Please refer to your Ulta Beauty Rewards® member account online or the Ulta Beauty App for the most current rewards points and member tier information or contact our Guest Service team here within 120 days of the applicable purchase, and they will assist you.
Managing Your Profile
To check your points balance and your bonus point offers you can login to the Ulta Beauty App, go to the Ulta Beauty Rewards® Dashboard page on ulta.com, look for and activate any qualifying bonus point offers.
Linking your Membership to your online profile allows you to earn and redeem points on qualifying online orders, as well as track your account status and points balance. You'll get the most out of Ulta Beauty Rewards® and when you link your Membership account to your profile.
During the sign-in process, click the "Forgot your password?" link. A new password will be sent to the email address associated with your online account.
Yes! Your email acts as your username and you can change your user email in the Manage Account section under ‘edit’.

- If you do not have an Ulta Beauty online account: Click "Join/Sign in" on the top of the ulta.com home page. Click "Create an Account". Follow the steps to create an online account and join our Rewards program.
- If you have an Ulta Beauty online account: Log in to your account and go to Ulta Beauty Rewards®. Follow the steps to Join our Rewards program.
In-Store

To receive all the benefits of Membership, you must provide your first name, mailing address (for coupons), phone number (to earn points in store) valid email address (to get offers, rewards and perks sent directly to you) and birthday (to get your birthday perks!). Opting in to receive emails from Ulta Beauty and providing your birthday allows us to send you exclusive Member offers including special perks during your birthday month.

You must be at least 13 years old and a resident of the United States to enroll in the program. Persons under the age of 18 must obtain their parents’ or legal guardians’ consent prior to participation.
Yes, every family member can have one Ulta Beauty Rewards® membership. Just remember that memberships cannot be combined.
- To check your Ulta Beauty Rewards® point balance, simply go to ulta.com or download the Ulta Beauty mobile app and sign in to your online account or create an account and provide your Member ID during the process. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your points balance.
- Every time you make a purchase in-store, your points balance will be listed at the bottom of your receipt.
- If signed up for emails, we will send you an Ulta Beauty Rewards® Member Statement email with your points balance and other account information. Make sure you are signed up for Ulta Beauty emails so we can send you some points love and member exclusive offers.
You can submit your missing transactions online. Just have your receipt handy, and click the "Missing Transaction?" link at the bottom of the Ulta Beauty Rewards® page.
Redeeming Points
- At checkout, ask the associate for your points balance. You can start redeeming when you have at least 100 available points.
- Tell the associate how many points you want applied to your qualifying purchase, following the increments in the table below or a combination of increments. Use some or up to 10,000 points in a single in-store purchase, any remaining points can be redeemed in a future purchase. See “What items do not qualify for point redemption?” for additional details on qualifying purchases.

Make sure you are logged in on Ulta.com and your Ulta Beauty Rewards® Member ID is displayed on your Dashboard page. Once you finish adding products to your bag, proceed to Secure Checkout and confirm your shipping and payment information. Under Payment Method, expand the 'Redeem Ulta Beauty Rewards® Points' field, select how many points you would like to redeem on your qualifying purchase and then place your order. You may redeem up to 4,000 points in a single online purchase and up to 10,000 points in a single in-store purchase. Any points remaining can be redeemed in a future purchase. See “What items do not qualify for point redemption?” for additional details on qualifying purchases.
Yes! Your points can be combined with other discounts and special offers, as well as any form of payment accepted at Ulta Beauty with the exception of online transactions using AfterPay. For example, you can redeem your points and use the Ulta beauty magazine coupons (e.g., $3.50 off $15) in the same transaction.
Most products are eligible for point redemption. Gift cards, taxes, tips, charitable donations, shipping and handling charges, and fees are excluded. Points cannot be redeemed toward purchases made on Ulta Beauty via third party marketplaces such as DoorDash or Instacart, purchases on UB Marketplace™ or Ulta Beauty at Target purchases. Points can be redeemed on initial Replenish & Save order(s) but not subsequent Replenish & Save orders. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
If you use your rewards points to buy something and then return that item, you will receive only what you paid in cash plus the points you redeemed back to use on a future qualifying purchase. If you originally purchased more than one item in your redemption transaction, you will receive the proportionate amount of points back. If you want to exchange the item for something else in the store, the associate will apply the same points discount to the new item.
No, Ulta Beauty Rewards® points are not transferable.
Email Subscription
By providing us with a valid email address, you agree to the Programs Terms & Conditions and you will receive key program benefits such as Ulta Beauty Rewards® Member Statement email, bonus point promotions, birthday gift coupon(s), exclusive Diamond & Platinum Member offers and other fabulous offers that are only available via email.
To opt out of email communications, log into your account and go to My Account. Click "Unsubscribe" in the Email Preferences section. Or, you can click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any Ulta Beauty email you receive. However, if you opt-out, we can't send you Member-exclusive offers and events. If you miss our emails and offers, you can always go online and subscribe to them again.
Platinum Program
Platinum status is a higher level of Ulta Beauty Rewards® with extra-special perks that we use to reward some of our best Members.
Reaching Platinum status requires a minimum annual spending of $500 on qualified purchases (total qualified spending between January and December of a calendar year). Your Membership will be upgraded automatically once you meet the annual spending threshold. See Program Terms & Conditions for details.
If you're in a store, an associate can check your Membership status. You can check your status on your receipt and to check your status online, go to the Ulta Beauty Rewards® page. Shop your heart out, and soon you'll be saying hello Platinum status.

Credit Card
Ulta Beauty Rewards® is not a credit card. It is our loyalty program that rewards you with exclusive offers and points for purchases made at Ulta Beauty stores and on ulta.com, including select products listed in the UB Marketplace™, as well as Ulta Beauty at Target and DoorDash Marketplace and Instacart Marketplace. The program is free and any United States resident over the age of 13 can join (subject to parental or legal guardian approval for individuals under the age of 18). Full program details can be reviewed on ulta.com/rewards.
The Ulta Beauty Rewards® Mastercard® is a credit card that can be used at Ulta Beauty and anywhere Mastercard® is accepted. You must be the age of majority in your state of residence (18 in most states) to apply for this card. Once you are approved, you earn one extra point for each dollar spent on qualifying products and services at Ulta Beauty — in-store or at ulta.com (double points!) and one point for every $3 spent anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
The Ulta Beauty Rewards® Credit Card is a credit card that can only be used at Ulta Beauty stores, and on ulta.com. You must be the age of majority in your state of residence (18 in most states) to apply for this card. Once you are approved, you earn one extra point for every dollar spent on qualifying products and services in Ulta Beauty stores or on ulta.com — double points!
There are two ways you can apply, visit your nearest Ulta Beauty store and apply at checkout or online at ulta.com/credit. If approved, you'll receive a credit card welcome kit in the mail within 7 – 10 business days.
Yes, if you have been approved for a credit card in an Ulta Beauty store, you will be able to use your newly opened account on the same transaction and receive a first purchase discount as well! For online applications, you will have to wait until you receive a physical card in the mail for online purchases, but you can visit any Ulta Beauty store to look up your account. Online approvals will receive their first purchase discount along with their new card in the mail.
If I don't have my Ulta Beauty Rewards® Mastercard® or Credit Card, is there a way to look up/obtain my credit card number so that I can make a purchase?

You can view your points earned on the credit card by logging into the Ulta Beauty Rewards® page here. You can also view your total Ulta Beauty Rewards® points balance on your store receipt, the My Rewards page on ulta.com/rewards, or your Ulta Beauty Rewards® Statement email.
Credit Card points will be applied to your account once per month, within 5 business days of the generation of your credit card billing statement.
At checkout, ask the associate for your points balance. You can start redeeming on qualifying products or services when you have at least 100 available points. Tell the associate how many points you want applied to your purchase, following the increments in the table below or a combination of increments. Use some or all of them — it's up to you. You can also redeem them online when you get to the payment page. Find the field at the bottom of the page where you can select how many points you want to redeem.

Special Offers
Ulta Beauty Rewards® is designed to give you offers tailored to you. Not all offers are available to all Members. To receive offers more relevant to you, remember to provide your Member ID or phone number to an associate every time you shop.
The Ulta Beauty Rewards® program rewards you with seasonal and bonus point offers based on the products and Beauty Services you love. You'll receive custom offers sent via email, text message, mobile app push, and postal mail. Examples of these pretty perks are bonus points on specially selected products or Beauty Services, point multiplier days or offers, coupon discounts, and much more.
Ulta Beauty at Target
To earn Ulta Beauty Rewards® points on your purchases at Ulta Beauty at Target, you must first link your Ulta Beauty Rewards® and Target Circle accounts on the Target Circle Partners page.
Once linked, every time you shop at Ulta Beauty at Target, simply shop with your Target Circle account in store or online and you will earn points on your applicable Ulta Beauty at Target purchases. You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases.
Platinum members earn 1.25 points for every $1 (25% more) and Diamond members earn 1.5 points for every $1 (50% more) on qualifying purchases. For qualifying Ulta Beauty at Target purchases, you will be able to see your points earned in your Ulta Beauty Rewards® points history on ulta.com or in the Ulta Beauty mobile app. Ulta Beauty Rewards® points earned will not appear on your Target receipt for Ulta Beauty at Target purchases.
