Gifted by Nutrafol I love this product. I've been taking it for almost 3 months now and have had seen great changes in my hair. I get a lot of breakage around my face due to fine hair and heat from tools. It is really helped with this. Highly recommend this product.

Almost 2 months in since I started taking this supplement. The brand states that improvements are noticeable in 3+ months, it's a bit early for a review but I've already noticed a few things. First, my hair is growing faster than before. I cut my own hair and had to cut it way earlier than usual. Second, it feels like there is more hair. I'm still very much shedding, I'm perimenopausal, but hair looks less flat and limp. Third, random leg hair started to grow. I've zapped away my leg hair years back, 4 or 5 strands survived but the rest never grew back. I've recently discovered a few growths, mostly on my left leg. Nutrafol doesn't make body hair grow, so what is happening? Fourth, supplement agrees with me. I'm taking this in place of my multivitamin, I just added a stand-alone iron for my deficiency. Seems to work well, I feel normal, there is no adverse side effects, Excited to see results when I finish my 3-month supply, which is complimentary from Nutrafol. I'll most probably continue taking this for 6 months then go from there. 4 pills a day can be a chore though, and I hope the leg hair growth isn't caused by this.

I'm 42, so technically a few years shy of the target age for Nutrafol Women's Balance, but I decided to try it anyway because I've used the original Nutrafol before and had great results. I deal with hair thinning due to PCOS, and I was curious to see how this version—formulated for hormonal changes—would work for me. I've been taking it consistently for the past three months, and honestly, I love it. It was easy to add to my routine, and just like with the previous Nutrafol, I started noticing results within a few weeks. My hair started growing again, and it became noticeably thicker, fuller, and healthier overall. I've had less shedding, and even my thinning edges look better. For me, it's been a great option for supporting hair health without messing with my hormones.
